I thought this would be a time to write something in english for all our international friends:) So basically so far we have experienced (in a very summarized way)
Hollywood with hall of fame SYTYCD coreographer dance lessons and melroce place like hotel.
Las Vegas just as it is in the movies! Our fairytale like casino hotel, hard rock cafe the fountain of bellaggio.. a real adventure in the city that never sleeps!
Arizona, to be honest not so much good stories from here. Our car got towed away, roads were shut because so much of snow, our motel shower curtain had blood on it... but Grand Canyon was amazing though!
San Francisco just amaziiiiing!! Loved it! A cheap but nice motel. Amazingly kind and hepfull people. All possible cultural activities. We explored some from an art school to ballet and gig of Souls of mishief to Alcatraz. We also had time to do some laundry, explore the hippie places and shop a little. Amazingly fun and relaxing couple of days.
From there we continued the beach road towards Santa Barbara. The view was just amazing to the sea and cliffs but after it got dak it was a real adventure to drive on those serpentine roads when one wrong move could get you out of a cliff... Well we survived though as allways and made our way to lovely Santa Barbara. We spent night at a motel and woke up to a perfect sunny weather, propably first such good so far. We went to Cajun Kitchen for proper breakfast and met Emma. This was the first time Sini and Kaisu were separated for a small while in the whole route so far. Kaisu stayed to Santa Barbara with Emma and others continued towards LA.
In Santa Barbara there was people playing music everywhere, at streets at shops.. just wonderful. We shopped a bit and headed to Isla Vista which is the student part of the city. Nothing but 20 000 students basically and it was great to experience that. Emma lived with her roommates in this one funny flat just next to the beach and it seemed everyone around where surfing or playing beerpong. Kinda lot like movies.
In the evening we experienced some student parties and met a bunch of nice people. Today it has been mostly surviving from yesterday hanging in a park nearby. We also had a lovely dinner with a group of friends of Emmas and now it is time to pack bags spend last time with this wonderful people, and tomorrow back to LA:)
